Bambi

Description

The fawn Bambi is born in the protective thicket and lovingly introduced to life by his mother. Just as the forest changes with the seasons, the playful fawn transforms into a powerful roe buck, who ultimately, as an aged prince of the forest, passes on his experiences. The Vorstadttheater Basel rediscover the original novel by Felix Salten and tell a story about the cycle of life – about childhood and growing up, about aging and farewell, and about the eternal cycle of things. A piece full of poetry, wit, and depth. Vernissage Atelier farbwiese
