Day 2 Provide managers with concrete tools to deliver an outstanding customer experience: communication, advice, and attractiveness. Objectives: - Understand different customer styles and adapt communication accordingly. - Optimize key moments in the customer journey. - Harmonize behaviors within the team to enhance perceived quality. - Develop natural loyalty through professional communication. Content: - Exploration of customer typologies in the workplace. - NLP tools for better communication and alignment. - Improvement of professional language and recommendations. - Construction of the ideal “customer journey” in the workplace. - Intergenerational approach to communication.
