This two-day seminar focuses on exploring and writing down your own story – an invitation to capture life on paper. In addition to small writing exercises, we also cover: 1. Finding the structure of the life story 2. Bringing memories to life 3. Authenticity and protection 4. Writing exercises and exchange Content: Exercises that promote the flow of writing and allow the first passages of your own story to emerge. In a protected and trusting atmosphere, texts are read aloud and valuable feedback is given for further development. Exchange about the special features of autobiographical writing, the challenges and freedoms it offers.
