Workday at the Farmhouse Museum

Description

On the workday, the museum's working group shows how kabisköpfe were traditionally planed and prepared for sauerkraut, how beets were sliced for sour beets, and how apples were pressed for cider. Everyone is welcome to help and taste. Visitors will receive sweet and salty "Versuecherli" from the farmhouse kitchen.
You can watch basket weaving and felting.
