Description

This course by Schwimmschule Amriswil aims to teach children aged 4 and above how to handle water confidently through fun activities. Participants will get accustomed to water's properties such as wetness, cold, pressure, buoyancy, and resistance, while learning to move and dive in shallow water. The program emphasizes enjoyment, exploration, and fear reduction, with a focus on safe, fear-free diving as a foundation for swimming skills. The course includes 8 lessons of 30 minutes each at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht.
