The Pop Seasons concert series is a collaboration between popup booking and the Ottensen parish.
The Magic Numbers have represented complex harmonies, precise songwriting, and a timeless sound since their formation. The quartet, consisting of the two sibling pairs Romeo and Michele Stodart as well as Sean and Angela Gannon, released their self-titled debut album in 2005, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize and celebrated major successes with songs like Forever Lost, Love Me Like You, and Love Is a Game. With over a million copies sold worldwide, the band quickly established itself as a defining voice in indie pop. The Magic Numbers have also made a name for themselves live, sharing the stage with Neil Young, Brian Wilson, Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, The Who, U2, Elbow, and Bright Eyes, among others. To date, the band has released five albums and is currently working on new songs.
