Description
"Nibble, nibble, little house, who's nibbling at my little house?" At Christmas time, the suite from the opera Hänsel and Gretel by Engelbert Humperdinck takes children and adults into a romantic sound world.
The famous story of Hänsel and Gretel unfolds in colorful orchestral music: mysteriously whispering forest sounds, the wild witch's ride, playful gingerbread waltzes, and the enchanted gingerbread children bring the Grimm fairy tale forest to life. The "Evening Blessing" sounds again and again – a moment full of warmth, comfort, and security.
Without stage and costumes, a listening fairy tale is created with argovia philharmonic and the narration by Stefano Wenk – a festive concert experience for the whole family.
