15 Years RCBR - Anniversary Celebration of the "Red Carpet Bandroom"

What started 15 years ago as a rehearsal space for the Baden band "Crystal Minds" has become a vibrant cultural platform today: the Red Carpet Bandroom (RCBR). On Saturday, October 3, 2026, the community will celebrate its 15th anniversary at the Kulturlokal Royal in Baden – with live music, DIY merchandise, and donation-based entry.
From the former band room with its characteristic red carpet on floors and walls, it has become an important meeting place for the regional scene over the past one and a half decades.
The RCBR offers musicians, bands, and cultural creators space for jam sessions, parties, rehearsals, and creative projects. Two and a half years ago, with the official founding of the association, the next step was taken to sustainably anchor local cultural promotion.
Digitally connected + locally rooted
In addition to the physical space, RCBR has also established itself digitally: with weekly podcasts, regular live streams, and interviews on YouTube and Instagram, the association continuously provides its community with insights into the work of regional acts.
Anniversary event at Royal Baden: Three bands & T-shirt action
To celebrate this milestone together with the region and companions, the association invites you on October 3 to Royal Baden. After an open stage jam session, friendly bands from all over Switzerland will perform:
● The Ammonites: Reggae vibes from St. Gallen
● Shenanygans: Energetic garage & Brit pop rock from Solothurn
● Klaus Egger Trio: Refreshing dialect "Shakepop" from the Zurich Oberland with double bass, guitar, drums, and horn.
To make the anniversary accessible to everyone, the association relies on a donation-based evening cash box (collection). A special goodwill collection item: visitors can bring their own T-shirt and have it printed on-site to take home a personalized souvenir and support the association directly.
