On Sunday, October 4, 2026, the WERKK Cultural Center will be transformed into a vibrant, lively indoor gallery for a day. The Swiss street art association UAB—Urban Art Baden—is teaming up with the renowned artist Brainfart to bring urban culture in its purest form back to the region. Here’s what visitors can expect:
The first “GRID & GLOW” Street Art Jam is all about the fascination of the creative process. On massive, specially installed construction panels featuring industrial designs, national and regional artists will create monumental works of art live on site. From quick sketches to detailed characters to complex styles: Here, the audience can experience firsthand how a blank canvas transforms into a colorful masterpiece. The visual spectacle is complemented by uncompromising urban vibes. An atmospheric musical backdrop and the unique industrial ambiance of WERKK Baden make the event the perfect Sunday outing for culture enthusiasts, families, street art fans, and anyone looking for fresh, urban energy. Call for Artists:
The final lineup of participating artists will be determined through an open call. This ensures an exciting mix of established names from the Swiss scene and up-and-coming newcomers.
