1st Family Concert – The Bremen Town Musicians

Description

A donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster: Four animals who escape old age and their uncertain fate and set off together to Bremen to start a new life as a musical quartet – the Bremen Town Musicians of the Brothers Grimm.

On their journey, they come together, grow beyond themselves, and prove with cunning and courage how to even drive away robbers and conquer a new home.

The actor Peter Zimmermann tells their adventurous story, accompanied by the music of Swiss composer Franz Tischhauser. With imaginative sounds and lots of heart, their journey becomes a tale about friendship, solidarity, and the courage to venture into new things together.
