The young Ludwig van Beethoven composed a duo for clarinet and bassoon that still delights with its cheerful sound and skillful dialogue between the two instruments. François Devienne played several woodwind instruments and performed many of his compositions with great success. His trio for flute, clarinet and bassoon shows the charm and elegance of his works. With Eugène Bozza's poetic «Trois Évocations» and Jacques Ibert's colorful «Deux mouvements», the audience immerses in the diverse sound world of French modernity.
