This event offers a unique opportunity to pose with Aikido uniforms and katana swords, engaging both children and the young at heart. Participants can also try out Aikido basics in a short introductory session. The Aikido-Club Aarau, active since 1982, will showcase various aspects of the Japanese martial art, including weaponless practice, health exercises, and self-defense principles, all within the context of the museum's current exhibition 'Sport – what moves us.' The event provides an interactive experience suitable for all ages, emphasizing peace, self-determination, and cultural insight.
