ZnojmoRegion Conference 2026 on "Nature and Sustainable Tourism"

Description

How to harmlessly and effectively connect nature and tourism? What are the rules of sustainable tourism and how to utilize current trends or new opportunities? Where to find inspiration and how to finance your projects? This (and much more) will be answered at the 6th annual ZnojmoRegion professional conference on the topic "Nature and Sustainable Tourism". It will take place at the Louka Center in Znojmo on Thursday, October 8, 2026, and will offer a very interesting program from 9 AM to 3 PM. Speakers will include leading experts and grant managers, as well as inspiring personalities with rich practical experience. The conference is intended for mayors and representatives of towns and municipalities, as well as private entrepreneurs, public organizations, and non-profit associations – everyone who has something in common with tourism and regional development (not only in the Znojmo district). Multiple representatives from one entity can participate. Admission is free, but with the condition of prior registration – no later than October 5, 2026! The conference will again present opportunities for further development of the Znojmo and Podyjí tourist area, which the destination company ZnojmoRegion officially oversees. It will inform about current events, news, and trends in the field, introduce experts on the topic, and provide inspiring examples from other parts of the country, but mainly inform about current and planned grants intended for the development of the region and tourism services. Conference participants will leave not only with information on what and how they could implement, but also where to find funding.
