Description

Visitors can watch the Aikido-Club Aarau showcase basic techniques from the Japanese martial art, including weaponless and weapon-based practices, as well as the Japanese health gymnastics Genkikai and self-defense principles. The event includes a creative newspaper-cutting activity with a wooden sword for children and the young at heart, followed by a trial session of Aikido for children and teenagers. The event is part of the exhibition 'Sport – what moves us' and offers an interactive experience for all ages.
