Description

Žamboši play in a lineup of guitar /Jan Žamboch/, accordion by Stanislava Žambochová, electric double bass /Aleš Mrnuštík/, and drums and samples /Jiří Nedavaška/. Using minimal resources, the band's sound is full and "moves the insides." It is a contemporary, progressive, acoustic-folk rock group. Their songs emphasize lyrics and emotionality during live performances. Throughout their six released titles, they have always been nominated for the Anděl award in the folk category. They have successfully converted the nomination three times, which is a significant achievement in the genre. Their latest album Skrýš was released at the end of 2025.
