Description
Interested in mental health, art, and new perspectives? Then you are at the right place for the International Mental Health Day at the Migros Museum for Contemporary Art. Together, we create an open space for exchange, creativity, and encounter. After a Slow-Art tour through the interactive exhibition Canción de Amore, you will explore how to express your feelings and perceptions. You will experiment with color, paper, or natural and everyday materials, contribute your ideas, and create together with others. The co-creative workshop provides a meeting space for young people with psychological challenges, friends, relatives, and interested parties. The focus is on co-creation, creative expression, community, and strengthening your personal resources. A collaboration between Migros Museum for Contemporary Art, Living Museum Zurich, and Mentalliance. Medical disclaimer: The Art and Healing Workshop is a resource-oriented meeting space and not psychotherapeutic treatment. In case of an acute psychological crisis or self- or other-endangerment, please contact the Pro Juventute counseling service 147, the emergency medical number 144, or a psychiatric emergency facility.
