YOU arises from a collection of stories, thoughts, and experiences. From these polyphonic impulses, a physical, poetic, and powerful dance theater language unfolds. The piece moves within the tension between intimacy and community, between personal memory and existential reflection. It raises fundamental questions about our humanity: Who are we? Why are we here? And what carries us through turbulent times? SZENE 2WEI has been representing contemporary dance theater beyond conventions since 2009. Founded by William Sánchez H. and Timo Gmeiner, the company has developed a distinctive style combining diversity, strength, and artistic independence.
