Description
The morning is over, the afternoon is already waiting – and in the middle of it all, a head full of appointments, tasks, and unfinished thoughts. Many people know this feeling: a break is actually needed now, but even the lunch break often feels like another scheduled item. Instead, 75 minutes in which nothing more needs to be accomplished. In which the body can open and let go, reaching a depth that a power nap never attains. That is exactly Yin & Nidra – Arrival & Letting Go: a course specifically for lunchtime, combining gentle Yin Yoga with a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra journey. No comparisons, no achievements – just space to arrive. Who this course is for This course is aimed at people who already know Yoga Nidra and want to intentionally revisit this depth – without an introduction, directly into practice. For those without experience in Yoga Nidra, the 8-week basic course is the right entry point. The fundamentals are taught calmly there before moving on here. How a course runs Each course follows the same reliable structure, so you can let go from the very first minute: - Quiet start – a song, silence, arriving fully with oneself - Breathing exercise – finding your rhythm - Yin Yoga – held, gentle positions with perceptible deep effects - Transition & setting up – comfortably prepare for what’s coming - Yoga Nidra – 30 minutes of guided deep relaxation - Coming back – gently returning to the afternoon Possible topics Arrival Heavy and light Heart opening Letting go Grounding and trust Heart’s desire Yin and Yang Silence Gratitude Mindfulness This course is suitable if … - you want to truly switch off in the middle of the day instead of just taking a break - you are familiar with Yoga Nidra and want to experience this depth again - you want to plan 75 minutes for a time-out that extends well beyond the afternoonHighlights
- 75 minutes of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
