The band XIII. století has been shaping the domestic gothic rock scene since 1990 and will bring you a dark atmosphere, strong melodies, and poetry that will captivate you at their concert. Behind the formation of XIII. století is Petr Štěpán, a prominent figure in the Czech rock scene. After the breakup of the punk legend Hrdinové nové fronty (HNF), he and his brother Pavel Štěpán embarked on a journey into gothic rock. In 1992, with their debut Amulet, they launched an era of dark music with mythological and supernatural themes. XIII. Století has built a strong fan base not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad, especially in Poland, where they are regular guests at major festivals. Their concerts are exceptional, emotional, yet full of energy.
