Sometimes something beautiful grows from worries. Worries And Other Plants, the living room project of Swiss musician Dionys "Dio" Müller and his friends, makes this audible: garage and indie rock, infused with psychedelic tones, where unrest becomes music. The songs drift in hypnotic rhythms and open up to wide, floating melodies – you can almost hear the asphalt under the tires, the heat above the desert sand, the salt in the air on a coastal road. The pieces oscillate between longing for departure and the silence of reflection, like in a half-sleep: grounded and dreaming at the same time. The artistic development of Worries And Other Plants is marked by growth: from a solo project to a six-member band with dedicated musicians, who create a remarkable presence live without any gimmickry, captivating audiences even at festivals like the Montreux Jazz Festival. We want to open our CULTURAL HOUSE to everyone and therefore charge a fair and individual admission. Our solution is: Pay what it’s worth! You decide what price seems appropriate to you and what you can pay. Sometimes we set three price levels, sometimes we leave it completely open.
