Workshop "Ur-Klangwelten von Langnauerli und Stöpselbass"

Description

This workshop offers both beginners and experienced players the opportunity to learn about the development, construction, and playing of the Langnauerli and Stöpselbass instruments, which are predecessors of the Swiss accordion. Participants will gain hands-on experience, aiming to play at least one piece on both instruments by the end of the day, fostering confidence and enjoyment in playing. Led by Thomas Aeschbacher and Adrian Gehri, the course is organized in partnership with the Pro Schweizer Langnauer- und Stöpselbass-Örgeli association and takes place at Haus der Volksmusik in Altdorf.
