Workshop «Ofen einfeuern» (Kursnr. 2.5e)

Description

Participants will learn how to properly heat the clay oven, operate the pizza peel, and leave the space clean. The workshop is led by the Chrüzacher team and requires prior registration. After attending, you will be able to fire and bake in the oven whenever you like, using your own dough and ingredients. The event takes place at the Freizeitanlage Chrüzacher in Dietikon, Switzerland, and is suitable for adults of all skill levels. The workshop includes the cost of wood and is held rain or shine.
