The Wirtschaftspodium Limmattal (WIPO) celebrates its 25th edition in 2026 and brings together around 1,000 guests from business, politics, and trade every year. The event combines exciting stage content with personal exchange, networking, and encounters at the Umwelt Arena Spreitenbach, making it an important meeting point for the Limmattal economic region. On November 5, 2026, WIPO will be held under the motto: "Decency Under Pressure: When Principles Are Not Enough." The focus is on a question that concerns many companies today: How to stay successful and competitive when reliability, fairness, and shared rules of the game do not count equally everywhere? WIPO explores the tension between attitude and economic success—and asks whether principles in competition can become a disadvantage or, especially in uncertain times, be a particular strength. The event begins with a welcome speech by Carmen Walker Späh. Following this, a panel discussion will feature different perspectives: Annemarie Widmer, Prof. Dr. Daniel Jositsch, and Fabian Cancellara will discuss the importance of decency, fairness, and principles in business and society today. The discussion will be led by Sonja Hasler. The program is complemented by further inputs, encounters, and a joint aperitif, providing space to deepen conversations, make new contacts, and end the evening personally.
