Winterthur, September 2026 A glass of wine in hand, good company, something delicious to eat, and
a long night ahead: On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the Menoir invites you to the 2026 Wine Festival. The
end-of-harvest festival begins in the afternoon at Vicus Park, continues in the evening with the Tavolata at the Menoir, and
concludes with an after-party in Winterthur’s Old Town.
Wine Takes Center Stage Starting at 1:00 p. m., there will be wine tastings and celebrations in Vicus Park near the Menoir. Various winemakers will bring their
wines to Winterthur and invite visitors to
discover and taste different wines and talk directly with the people behind them.
Participating wineries include Besson-Strasser, Ruof, Schifferli, Domaine de Chambet, Henri Cruchon, sta:biu,
Drüedrisger, Tobias Thomann-Cerfeda, Markus Ruch, Michael Broger, Weinbau Grob, and Weingut
Lampert.
Light refreshments will be available for those feeling peckish. This makes for a relaxing afternoon
in the park—with wine in hand, good conversation, and the perfect setting to
raise a glass to fall together.
From the Park to the Tavolata At 6:30 p. m., the festivities continue at the Menoir. At the Tavolata, food and wine are served together
at the table. The Tavolata costs CHF 125 per person.
But that’s far from the end of the day’s festivities.
Finishing Up in the Old Town Starting at 10:00 p. m., the celebration moves on to the OLO Bar at Metzggasse 10. There, the after-party will feature
live DJ Der Laser Weib.
