Each wine is consciously integrated into the sequence, ranging from expressive to elegant, from subtly nuanced to characterful. The harmonious composition allows for an enjoyable discovery of differences in style, origin, and aging, and to compare them directly. During the wine tasting, you will sample three carefully selected wines with a total quantity of 3 dl. We serve fresh water and a fine salty component to neutralize the palate between different wines and to make the aromas fully perceptible. Current information
Our wine tasting takes place every day from Monday to Thursday at 5:30 PM. Except from December 24th until the first week of January inclusive. Advantage of direct reservation
Guests who make their reservation directly with our establishment — whether by phone, email, or via our website — receive an exclusive participation voucher per adult and per stay at check-in. For guests who have not booked directly, participation in this offer is possible for a contribution of CHF 29 per person. Capacity and reservation
