This course offers an in-depth look into the history, production, and varieties of cheese, alongside essential guidelines for pairing wine and cheese harmoniously. Participants will be introduced to tasting techniques and will sample eight different Delinat wines from biodiverse vineyards paired with a variety of cheeses, including hard and soft types from cow, sheep, and goat milk. The session encourages experimentation and breaking traditional pairing rules to create memorable culinary experiences.
