Description

With the "Hänsel and Gretel" Suite by Humperdinck and excerpts from "The Snowman" by Korngold, a magical Christmas concert is coming up. The argovia philharmonic will be conducted by the Finnish guest conductor Tomas Djupsjöbacka. We are pleased to welcome the Swiss soprano Chiara Skerath as the soloist. She sings arias by Händel, the well-known Christmas carol "O Holy Night," as well as the popular "Ave Maria" by Schubert. PROGRAM

General Information

The Christmas concert takes place in the Alte Reithalle in Aarau and offers a magical program with the "Hänsel and Gretel" Suite by Humperdinck. In addition to classic Christmas carols, arias by Händel and excerpts from Korngold's "The Snowman" are also performed.
