State archivist and president of the Historical Society of Appenzell, Sandro Frefel, will speak before the HV about the only partially known tumult at the town hall in 1827. Exactly 200 years before the lecture evening, Innerrhoden politics experienced intense turbulence, culminating in the mentioned tumult. The lecture is open to the public and free of charge. Afterwards, a small aperitif and the general meeting will take place.
