Prof. Dr. Thomas Honegger demonstrates using well-known examples like "Middle-earth" or "Westeros" how fantasy maps work and why they are central to "worldbuilding." The event highlights the cultural, narrative, and aesthetic functions of these maps and shows how they mediate between imagination and reality.
