From the wild nettle to a fine thread

Description

The wild nettle is robust, but it can still be processed in a way that makes it soft and supple. First, we will learn about different fiber qualities of the nettle in this workshop. Afterwards, we will try out and learn a simple looping technique to make dream catchers and pouches, and we will venture into making bracelets that are either double or single plaited. Led by: Mechtilde Frintrup, author, graphic artist, nature artist, and herbal practitioner from Andas Werkstatt Duration: 3 hours Cost: CHF 145.- including materials The course will be held from 5 participants. Maximum number of participants: 10 people.
