Since 1965, Dyhrberg has been Switzerland's first smoked salmon producer, representing exclusivity, top quality, and genuine craftsmanship. Instead of mass production, the family business consistently focuses on premium quality and careful processing – always with fairness towards the fish and a clear brand philosophy. Together, we will take an exclusive look behind the scenes of the manufactory in Balsthal. During the tour, we will accompany every step of the processing – from raw product to finished premium salmon. But what makes a brand successful over decades?
