Volkslauf St. Cassian

Description

It is already the 53rd time in the history of the Langlaufclub Bual Lantsch/Lenz that the Volkslauf St. Cassian is organized. The event in 2027 will not bring major changes. As in previous years, races can be started in both cross-country skiing techniques, skating and classic. While the youth categories cover distances between 1.5 and 9 kilometers, the women race 9 km and the men 15 km (or 8 km classic). About 300 runners are expected, two-thirds of whom are young athletes. The participation in the Volkslauf St. Cassian is particularly interesting for the youth categories, as it is part of both the Raiffeisen Nordic Cup and the Cargo Grischa Cup.

General Information

The Volkslauf St. Cassian takes place at the Roland Arena in Lantsch/Lenz and offers both skating and classic races. The event attracts numerous young athletes and covers distances from 1.5 to 15 kilometers.
