Three very different vocal acts share the stage and demonstrate how versatile the instrument "voice" can be today – from musical cabaret to A cappella pop to beatbox at festival level. The Mainz piano cabaret artist Matthias Ningel guides the evening with humor and musical virtuosity at the piano. He becomes the connecting narrator, charmingly weaving the individual acts together and constantly opening new perspectives on the theme "voice" for the audience. NOICE, a young vocal band from Heidelberg, stands for modern A cappella pop with clear aesthetics and audible attention to detail. Delicate, emotional ballads alternate with rhythmically captivating songs, well-known titles gain new facets, and first original compositions set their own artistic accents. For explosive rhythmic moments combined with high entertainment value, the beatbox trio M. O. M. from Vienna brings danceable grooves, sound effects, and captivating beats to the stage with pure vocal art. The multiple award-winning beatbox world champions combine virtuosity with tongue-in-cheek humor and enormous stage energy, demonstrating the "rhythmic superpowers" that lie within the human voice.
