The Stradivari Quartet is a well-established name in the world of chamber music and can be experienced in major concert halls worldwide. To open their new Klangwelle with the motto «Voilà, la France», they perform together with the Swiss pianist Andrea Wiesli and interpret the piano quintets by César Franck and Gabriel Fauré, two of the most beautiful romantic works for this ensemble from the Belle Époque. After the premiere at the Tonhalle Zurich, the five Stradivari musicians can now be heard for the first time with this program in Eastern Switzerland.

General Information

The Stradivari Quartet opens its new Klangwelle «Voilà, la France» at Huus Löwen in Gonten. Together with pianist Andrea Wiesli, they present romantic piano quintets by Franck and Fauré, which can now be heard for the first time in Eastern Switzerland after the premiere in Zurich.
