Description
The Bündner ensemble Amüset returns to us at Keller62 after their first success and, with their second program, dives deep into the French chanson scene and continues their journey through Italy and Portugal to South America. Calm, finely woven arrangements alternate with dance-like, jazzy rhythms – atmospheric and virtuosic. The Amüset ensemble combines experienced musicians from classical, jazz, folk, and world music. The members have studied at renowned universities both domestically and abroad, have been performing on national and international stages for many years, and participate in various concert, theater, and film productions. Their common denominator is a passion for cross-genre music-making, for tonal diversity, linguistic expression, and improvisational freedom – always with the aim of making music lively and immediately accessible. Jennifer Ribeiro Rudin (piano, vocals), Andi Schnoz (guitar), Fredy Manser (clarinet), Andrea Thöny (double bass), Guido Decurtins (accordion). Participants and additional information: Amüset
