Not only the initiated know that alongside his work in bands, he has been performing solo for years. Václavek's solo albums are characterized by deep, often magical or meditative tones. His musical expression is marked by repetitive guitar patterns and a strong influence of natural and shamanic motifs. He often sets poems to music (e.g., by Bohuslav Reynek or Antonín Přidal) and writes his own lyrics. He has released five solo albums, the most recent being "Fly... Tak leť!" in 2020.
