Description

The Swiss violinist Noëlle Grüëbler is known and appreciated for her versatility and adaptability, including in the crossover of various music styles. She delights in Paganini's devilish acrobatics on 4 strings or also enjoys playing folk music with hammered dulcimer virtuoso Nicolas Senn. She was the lead violinist in Prix-Walo awarded musical success productions such as "Io senza te" and "Oh läck Du mir." Furthermore, she is a member of the award-winning "Trio Fontane," whose latest CD with piano trios by Hans Huber and Hermann Goetz was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award. Performances have taken her to concert halls such as Tonhalle Zürich, KKL Luzern, Casino Winterthur, Opera Tel Aviv, St. James Piccadilly and Regent Hall in London, and festivals like Humorfestival Arosa, Festival Gstaad, Budapest Spring Festival, Eilat Festival.
The prizewinner of various international competitions completed her studies in Strasbourg (Master's degree) and London (Artist Diploma).

Alexandre Dubach began violin lessons at the age of seven with Elisabeth Schöni. Within two years, he won the National Competition of EXPO 1964 in Lausanne.
At 16, he won the Migros Study Prize and completed his studies at the Conservatory in Freiburg with "summa cum laude." His talent was recognized in international competitions, including Senigallia, Sion, Vienna, Naples, Gernsbach, Freiburg, and Vercelli, where he won first prizes, including the coveted "Premio Rodolfo Lipizer" in Gorizia (I). In 2000, the city of Thun awarded him its Culture Prize.
In 2007, Dubach performed the Swiss premiere of Niccolò Paganini's Third Violin Concerto.

Paweł Andrzej Mazurkiewicz, born in Warsaw, began music lessons (accordion) at the age of ten and switched to piano at 16. He studied with Jan Ekier and Bronisława Kawalla at the Warsaw Music University and with Tomasz Herbut at the Bern University of the Arts (Soloist Diploma with Tschumi Prize). He is currently a piano lecturer at the Bern University of the Arts and a teacher at the MSA near Bern.
Pawel Mazurkiewicz is a prizewinner of numerous piano competitions: in 2003, he won the Prix Credit Suisse Jeunes Solistes (Switzerland). Among other awards, he won first prize at the 30th National F. Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw (where he also received scholarships from the Minister of Culture and Art), as well as prizes at the "K. Szymanowski Competition" in Łódź, Poland.
