Description
A prominent figure in the comedian's creations, investor Reto Zenhäusern has been observing humanity for over thirty years — and drawing his conclusions. At times economist, sociologist, or historian, he shares these with the audience through a multimedia conference, shamelessly dissecting our collective myths to better question inequalities and the true role of work. With the provocative and hilarious tone of his character, Vincent Kucholl, directed by his accomplice Vincent Veillon, depicts a humanity that works, has children, pets its cats, and consumes to forget the emptiness of its existence. But behind the sarcasm, a possibility of other ways of building society is subtly outlined. A sharp satire to laugh at our contradictions, where economics ends up explaining everything... even what we would have preferred not to understand.
