The buildings of the former Schultheiss Brewery still shape the Berlin cityscape today. This also includes their malt factory near Bhf Südkreuz, located directly on the "Dresdener Bahn". Here, the industrial culture from the 1920s to the 1990s can be showcased. In the main building, which is still unused today, the principle of a malt house can be demonstrated, as the original fittings are largely preserved.
