Usbrüelete Fasnacht Rhyfälde

Description

To conclude our 4 beautiful days, the Fasnächtler:innen gather at Obertorplatz to accompany Frau Fasnacht on her last journey to the Rhy. On the way through Marktgasse, the president of the FGR hands over the scepter with thanks back to the city authorities. At Schifflände, Frau Fasnacht is burned and handed over to the Rhy with sad but beautiful memories of the past 4 days.
Subsequently, all attendees are invited to the traditional flour soup meal.

General Information

The Usbrüelete Fasnacht Rhyfälde marks the end of Fasnacht with a mourning procession through the old town of Rheinfelden. The event includes the symbolic burning of Frau Fasnacht and invites all attendees to a traditional flour soup meal.
