For decades, a delicious smell of chocolate filled the city of Neuchâtel with west wind. This smell came from the Suchard chocolate factory located in Serrières at the entrance of the city. The company was known worldwide for its Milka bars, Sugus, and Suchard Express. However, one day, the smell disappeared. The population learned that the chocolate factory had been relocated. What happened? How could this multinational collapse?
