TY SYČÁCI === LONG WIDE AND SHARP-SIGHTED is a song cycle that combines storytelling, poetry, absurd humor, and social commentary into one coherent narrative. Its main character leaves a relationship that bound her and sets out to find her own identity. On her journey, she meets two performers who help her transform traditional legends about virgin saints and martyrs into an unexpectedly contemporary feminist manifesto. Sometimes serious, sometimes ironic… The album is self-released and for the very first time in the history of Ty Syčáci, also on vinyl! VOICEBABES === A young energetic girl trio of an artist, a scientist, and a philosopher, who do not hesitate to humorously voiceband poetry, receipts, or even unforgettable study material. Their debut album DPUS1P20S (Didactic Songs of Artistic Movements from the First Half of the 20th Century) captivates with a distinctive voiceband interpretation of artistic movements.
