Time to pay tribute to the "Boss". At the tribute concert, we will hear a lot of music, but also a lot of interesting facts from Bruce Springsteen's life and background to his song lyrics. A major theme in Bruce Springsteen's lyrics is American everyday life: he grew up in modest circumstances. Due to financial difficulties, the family had to move to a neighborhood mainly inhabited by immigrants and Marines. Bruce rebelled against his father on one hand and tried to be as different as possible; on the other hand, he adopted his values from the working world (including mistrust of intellectuals) as well as his enthusiasm for cars. This ambivalence also characterizes his relationship with his hometown and New Jersey, as well as organized religion. Bruce Springsteen also expresses himself politically and positions himself clearly. This is also evident in his anti-ICE protest song 2026 "Streets of Minneapolis".
