Pomace Sausage Event with New Building Tour (Registration)

Description

Our vineyard area has grown in recent years – and with it the demands for a modern, future-oriented infrastructure. This year we were able to expand our cellar, realize a new washing and filling station as well as a second PV system with storage – an important step for the further development of our winery.
On this day we will visit the extension and take a look behind the scenes together.

Enjoy also at the last pomace sausage evening of the season the fine pomace sausage from the Hermann butcher shop in Sulgen, accompanied by our homemade potato-leek gratin.

As always, we are happy to present our wines, young wines – and depending on the ripeness stage – also fresh must.
