The all-time popular tartare makes its way into the historic BAM train. A 3-course menu that does justice to this culinary creation and presents you with two variations of it (three, if you count the dessert, which also resembles tartare...). A menu created, compiled, and prepared by Chef Stéphane Brioschi and the Artisans Cuisiniers à Bière. Departure from Morges at 19:25, arrival in Bière at 21:51. Return by the local train at 22:03. Arrival in Morges at 22:35.
