Hiking or mountain shoes
Comfortable long pants, mountain jacket
Gaiters (if available), hat and gloves
Rain protection, sunglasses, sunscreen
Water bottle, small picnic (picnic available at the hut)
Optional: walking sticks, harness, and crampons. Crampons and harness can be rented at the hut.

Thursday around 6:00 PM at the Lämmeren hut
Dinner at 6:30 PM
