Description
The real wilderness begins right outside our door – those who look carefully will discover clues to fascinating animals: from tiny beetles weighing hardly half a gram to the robust wild boar weighing up to 150 kilograms. These signs become especially visible in autumn and winter – an invitation to explore the hidden world of animals. Together with Jura Park landscape guide and hunter Peter Hunziker, you will set out on a journey. He knows the forest like almost no one else and will immerse participants with his knowledge deeper into the secrets of tracks, feeding signs, and other marks left by animals. Children will also quickly become attentive track seekers – full of curiosity and joy of discovery. The hike starts at the Staffelegg pass and leads over Chläb, Hinterlinde, and Aemethof to Densbüren. Covering about 8.1 kilometers through forest and field, with 210 meters ascent and 360 meters descent, always on the hiking trails – but with open eyes, finding new stories everywhere. The pure walking time is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Join us and experience nature as a lively storyteller.
