For over twenty years, the singer-songwriter has built a unique body of work blending folk, organic textures, and poetry. From Winchester to Paris, where she lived for fifteen years, Kate Stables has established herself as one of the most respected voices in current alternative music. She has collaborated with producer John Parish (PJ Harvey) and Gruff Rhys, and received a nomination for the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards. With critically acclaimed albums and admiration from The National, Sharon Van Etten, and Bon Iver, This Is The Kit develops an immediately recognizable universe: banjo, guitar, hypnotic rhythms, and delicate songs. On stage, This Is The Kit exudes a warm and magnetic presence. A new album is expected in early 2027. Cori Nora (CH) creates music against the immutable in which her voice is the common thread. She weaves observations of our world into sounds—awakened, in perpetual flow—a captivating momentum between calm and tension. Her second album, 'Pleasure And Focus', recorded live with her band in Porto, is a uncompromising commitment to the present moment: seven tracks, one place, a shared focus. With the support of the Commune of Veyrier First Aid Kit, 29.11.2026 à 20:00, Salle de l'Alhambra, Genève Behind First Aid Kit, we find the Swedish sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg, who have become major figures in the international folk scene over the past fifteen years. Revealed at a young age by their stunning harmonies and their ability to blend folk, melancholic pop, and mature songwriting, they have won a loyal audience worldwide. Through critically acclaimed albums (from The Big Black and The Blue to Stay Gold, propelled by the success of 'My Silver Lining', to Palomino), the duo has established itself through the elegance of its compositions and the breadth of its melodies, collaborating with artists such as Conor Oberst, George Ezra, Jenny Lewis, and Zara Larsson. With 'Visions of the Past', they offer an intimate and stripped-down tour, conceived as a return to their roots. On this occasion, the duo will revisit the tracks that have marked their journey: from the early stirrings of Drunken Trees to the luminous maturity of Palomino, including their iconic tracks and some cult covers.
