Theater with Food & Drink - Innkeeper's Play "Velopanne"

Description

After the successful collaboration with the "Theater an der Effingerstrasse" in 2025 (Hotel Room Play Toulouse), it's now time for round two! We look forward to two more wonderful evenings with us at Kreuz! TheMartin, an unrecognized actor, enters the empty guest room of a rural inn dressed as a cyclist. His bike has a flat tire, he has no patch kit, and he is trying to reach someone who could help him. When the innkeeper Barbara appears, he must admit that he cannot consume anything because he has forgotten his wallet and there are no credit cards stored in his iPhone. Barbara makes him a proposal: she will buy him a drink, and in return, he will keep her company. This leads to a conversation, which is repeatedly interrupted by calls from Barbara's mother, who lives in a senior residence. Martin tells, in an ironic and self-critical, but also very amusing way, about his incredible cycling tours, his film roles, and theater engagements. Barbara listens to him apparently fascinated and finally makes him an offer...
