What can visitors expect? Noah Bachofen and Nico Franzoni will take us on their culinary journey through Switzerland. This will be followed by a talk curated by Monocle, which will be recorded for “The Entrepreneurs.” And then the conversation won’t be just about food: In the ballroom, the Culinary Grand Tour Market will open its stalls. Sample, discover, and strike up a conversation with the people behind the products—from wine and cheese to chocolate and other regional specialties.
